First Time at MaDani Skin Studio? Here’s What to Expect

We’re so glad you’re here. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a fresh start for your skin, your first visit to MaDani Skin Studio is designed to be intentional, welcoming, and transformative.

A Warm Welcome

You’ll find us inside our private studio space in downtown Macon. Once you arrive, please text (478) 352-0885—your clinical esthetician, Jalisa, will greet you at the door with a warm smile and guide you in.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for parking and settling in. Be sure to check your Welcome Email for parking details and other helpful information. Inside, you’ll be welcomed with fresh linens, complimentary refreshments, and a calming atmosphere curated just for you.

All guests receive fresh, clean sheets and towels, and all linens are single-client use. Implements are sanitized with EPA-registered disinfectants, and any necessary sterilization is completed prior to each appointment. We kindly ask that you use spa voices while in the studio—this is an adult-only space, and children are not permitted on the premises.

Let’s Talk Skin Goals

Your appointment begins with a cozy sit-down consultation. We’ll explore your skin goals, current routine, lifestyle, diet, stress levels, and any past treatments. This holistic approach helps us understand not just your skin—but you.

We encourage you to bring photos of your current skincare products and ingredient lists so we can assess what’s working and what may need adjusting. We’ll also take before photos to track your progress and perform a detailed skin analysis to uncover what’s happening beneath the surface.

Custom Plan + Treatment

Once we understand your skin’s unique needs, we’ll walk you through a personalized treatment plan and recommend clinical-grade products to support your journey at home.

If you’re booked for a service that day (most first-timers are), we’ll move into your custom facial, fully tailored to your skin’s concerns. This is your time to relax, reset, and receive expert care focused on pigmentation correction, barrier repair, and long-term skin health.

Aftercare & Next Steps

Before you leave, we’ll go over your post-treatment care to keep your glow going strong. If your recommended products are in stock, you’ll take them home. If not, we’ll place your order and ship them directly to you.

We’ll also schedule your next appointment to maintain consistency—because real skin transformations take time, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Policy

Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be guaranteed with a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling. All deposits go toward the total cost of services booked. Your appointment is important to us; as we require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you must change your appointment in due respect of the studio and other clients. There is a 10-minute grace period on the day of the appointment before your appointment is canceled. Note: if you are late, this may minimize how complete your service will be. All cancellations/no-shows and changes made within 48 hours of the appointments will forfeit your deposit. Be advised that the studio only accepts cashless payments. Thank you for your time and respect, as this is all a part of what keeps the studio held to integrity and accessible to our private clients.
